  10. 1) You MUST unpack this ZIP file into C:/Program Files/Plus!/Themes
  11.    in order for it to work properly!

  13. 2) Go to the Windows95 Control Panel and double click on the Desktop
  14.    Themes icon.
  15.  
  16. 3) Select "XFiles Fight The Future" in the Theme drop down box and click
  17.    Apply, then click OK.

  19. 4) You're done!
